Refund Policy
Our Commitment
We stand behind the quality of our subscription services and want to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your subscription purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. This refund guarantee is valid only for accounts in good standing that have not violated our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Refund requests made after the 14-day period will be evaluated individually and are not guaranteed. We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription time. Additionally, accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please e-mail us at support@asialove.com from the e-mail address you registered your account under beginning with the title "Refund request", with your subscription invoice either forwarded or attached. If your refund request falls outside our two week satisfaction guarantee period, please provide as much detail as you can as to why you believe you're entitled to a refund.
Please note we will not respond to refund requests that originate from an e-mail address other than the e-mail address belonging to your Asia Love account. This is to verify account ownership.
